The fastest way to reach Taste of Ethiopia is by phone during open hours. Email is appropriate for catering inquiries, private events, press, and anything that isn't time-sensitive.
Phone
The phone is answered during open hours: Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from noon to 10:00 PM. The kitchen line gets busy in the dinner rush — if you can't get through immediately, call back in 15 minutes or leave a voicemail with your name and number.
We respond to email within two business days. Use email for:
- Catering inquiries
- Private dining bookings (parties of 10+)
- Press, media, and writing inquiries
- Musician booking requests
- Wholesale spice orders
- Anything you'd like in writing

Press inquiries — interviews, photo shoots, food writing — should go to [email protected] with "PRESS" in the subject line. We typically respond within 48 hours. Photo shoots and on-site interviews are best scheduled for early in the dinner service or during a quieter weekday afternoon.

If something didn't go right at your meal, we want to know about it directly. Email us — we read every one, and we respond. Public reviews on Yelp and Google are appreciated but slower to reach the people who can actually do something about a problem.
